Strawberry Smoothie


  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
  2. If desired, garnish with fresh mint and chia seeds or flaxseed.
