Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
- If desired, garnish with fresh mint and chia seeds or flaxseed.
